IGNITE Leadership Conference

Scope: Brand identity development, event collateral design, environmental graphics, digital assets, and event photography for a regional leadership conference hosted by the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce. The project included both print and digital deliverables to support event promotion and attendee engagement.

The Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce launched its first-ever IGNITE Leadership Conference at Convoy of Hope’s headquarters in Springfield, Missouri, drawing more than 250+ business and community leaders from across the region. Modeled after the Tupelo IGNITE event, the conference featured nationally recognized speakers including Dr. Ivan Joseph, Jon Acuff, Rebecca Gregory, and Lisa Rose.

I led the creative direction and design for the conference, developing the complete brand identity and all event deliverables. This included:

• Event logo and visual identity system

• Attendee handouts: notebooks, pens, and tote bags

• Step & repeat backdrops and stage graphics

• Event signage

• Social media and web graphics

• Event photography

This cohesive design system brought the IGNITE brand to life across both physical and digital touchpoints, ensuring a consistent, high-energy visual presence throughout the event experience.
